Jiecheng Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Fengfeng Mining District, Handan City. Established as Jiecheng Commune in 1958, restructured as a township in 1984, and upgraded to a town in 1985. It is situated in the southern part of the mining district, covering an area of 29.1 square kilometers with a population of 29,000. The town administers 13 village committees: Nanjiecheng, Beijiecheng, Xiaohougou, Liuqigou, Sunzhuang, Shuangheshan, Lijiashan, Su Yi, Su Er, Liutiao, Donglaoyayu, Xilaoyayu, and Qianhezhuang. The local economy is relatively developed, with abundant underground coal resources. Industries include coal mining, coking, stone processing, building materials, and other factories and mines.
