The Huang Family Residence in Quanzhou is located in Heping Community, Lizhong Subdistrict, Licheng District, Quanzhou City, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

This traditional residence was home to the extended Huang family. Facing south and located to the north, it spans 528.67 square meters. The complex includes two main structures, each featuring three courtyards, three bays, and double wing rooms, as well as study rooms and a garden. Inside, you can find Qing Dynasty plaques inscribed with titles such as “Tan Hua,” “Jin Shi,” and “Zhong Qin Zheng Zhi,” along with ancient trees, rocks, and other historic features.

Established on April 28, 2000, it was the first community neighborhood committee set up in the province.
