Location: Wanggong Community, Fuqiao Subdistrict, Licheng District, Quanzhou City

Introduction: The site includes the "Study Room," "Qiyuan," and "Boat House" on Wanggong Street. In the 24th year of the Guangxu reign during the Qing Dynasty (1898), Wang Shibei established the "Wang Shunxing Post Office" in Manila and his hometown village of Wanggong, specializing in letter remittances and currency exchange services. It was the earliest overseas remittance agency set up by people from Quanzhou.

Protected Area: A 10-meter extension outward from the east, west, south, and north walls, as well as the courtyard area in front of the residence.

In 2009, the Former Site of Wang Shunxing Post Office was designated as part of the seventh batch of provincial-level cultural heritage sites by the People's Government of Fujian Province.

Fuqiao Subdistrict: Fuqiao Subdistrict in Licheng District was restructured from the former Fuqiao Town in February 2003. Located southwest of downtown Quanzhou and nestled along the Jinjiang River, the mother river, it is a renowned overseas Chinese hometown and commercial hub in Southern Fujian, as well as the core starting area of the Jiangnan New District in Licheng. The original subdistrict covered an area of 15.20 square kilometers, governing 16 community residential committees with a total population of 27,900.
