Jiuli Stream Waterfall (Yangjia Stream) is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Jiuli Stream Scenic Area, one of the five major scenic zones of Mount Taimu, is located southwest of the Mount Taimu mountain scenic area, also known as Chixi. It originates from three high mountains—Mount Taimu in Fuding, Muhaijian in Xiapu, and Dongshangen in Zherong—gathering 13 tributaries over a total length of 25.86 kilometers. The lower reaches extend into Yangjia Stream within Xiapu County, eventually flowing into the East China Sea.

The stream meanders with green mountains on both sides, lush trees, and oddly shaped rocks, resembling the Nine Bend River of Wuyi Mountain in beauty.

Taking a bamboo raft from Longting Nandou and drifting downstream to Dutou Village, you’ll pass through 7 bends and 16 rapids along an 11.5-kilometer route that takes about 2 hours. Along the way, you can admire 72 exquisitely crafted rock formations such as "Tang Monk Worshipping West," "Fairy Descending to Earth," "Bodhidharma Facing the Wall," "Lion Descending the Mountain," and "Turtle Playing with Turtle."

Upon reaching Xiapingyang, the river widens to over 100 meters with calm waters, allowing dozens of bamboo rafts to race side by side. At the end of the rafting journey in Dutou, there are two natural maple tree forests covering an area of 250 acres, adjacent to a 100-acre reed flower beach along the riverbank. In late autumn and early winter, the maple woods turn fiery red, while the reeds bloom snow-white, creating a uniquely charming scene.

Between the two maple forests lies an ancient banyan grove of 17 trees aged between 800 and 1,500 years. Despite the passage of time, these trees remain vibrant, with branches crisscrossing overhead and roots twisting along the ground, each displaying its own character. Experts have confirmed that this is the northernmost ancient banyan grove in the world.

Located 400 meters south of Guanyin Pavilion, an ancient temple in Longting Village. The waterfall has a drop of 136 meters, and beneath it lies a massive rock that can accommodate 200 people for viewing. Below the rock is a 10-meter-square Dragon Pool. Looking up at the waterfall, the water plunges down with overwhelming force. The surrounding area features dozens of rock formations such as "General’s Seal" and "Writing Brush Stand," which rise tens of meters from the ground.
