Xiaobailu is located at the foot of Mount Taimu, in the southeast bay of Shacheng Port, where the bay boasts wide beaches with soft sand, gentle slopes, and calm waves. Since 2009, the Xiaobailu Leisure Fishery Base has been awarded titles such as “National Leisure Fishery Base” and “Fujian Water Village Fishing Hamlet,” positioning itself at the forefront of Fuzhou’s leisure fishery tourism industry. The base combines the characteristics of both the fishing industry and tourism, offering a unique experience that includes beach resorts, bonfire parties, sea fishing, maritime entertainment activities, and distinctive local cuisine.

Offshore leisure brings endless fun, delighting visitors from all directions. Since opening to the public, Xiaobailu has attracted tourists not only from nearby counties and cities such as Fuding but also from southern Zhejiang and Fuzhou. Currently, besides a range of marine leisure and recreational activities, visitors can also enjoy comfortable accommodations and dining services including mountain lodge cabins, beach bars, and fishing village food stalls—providing a truly one-stop travel experience full of joy.

Xiaobailu Beach

Azure waves shimmer with light and shadow, while fishing boats dot the rolling swells. The sea meets the sky, backed by green mountains, with seagulls soaring and visitors playing merrily.

Natural Seaside Bathing Beach

This is a naturally excellent seawater bathing beach, featuring golden sands, wide shores, soft sand, gentle slopes, and calm tides—perfect for swimming to your heart's content.

This is a paradise at sea. In addition to swimming, visitors can enjoy activities such as sea fishing, jet skiing, tug-of-war on the water, pedal boats, kayaks, beach motorcycles, and beach volleyball.

This is a haven for leisure and entertainment. Guests can relax in distinctive mountain lodge cabins, unwind with drinks at the beach bar at night, or party through the night at the fishing village hotel.

This is a paradise for food lovers. Locally produced seafood such as kelp, mussels, nori, and shellfish in Xiaobailu boasts particularly fresh and delicious flavors. Visitors can savor the most natural and authentic seafood dishes here, immersing themselves in the charm of rural “farmhouse” life.

Single-Pillar Grass Pavilion

Xiaobailu, which combines tourism elements such as the ocean, beach, air, sunlight, and greenery, holds tremendous development potential. Leveraging its status as a “Fujian-Taiwan Rural Tourism Pilot Base” to connect with the Taiwanese tourism market, Xiaobailu plans to renovate surrounding villages over the next three years to comprehensively enhance the scenic area’s tourism quality.
