The Taiwan Farmers' Entrepreneurship Park Water Conservancy Scenic Area is a national water conservancy scenic area.

The Taiwan Farmers' Entrepreneurship Park Water Conservancy Scenic Area is located in Zhangping City, Longyan, built around the Shanglin Reservoir and Paikeng Reservoir. It covers an area of 15.47 square kilometers, including 0.97 square kilometers of water surface, and is classified as an irrigation district-type water conservancy scenic area.

The Paikeng Reservoir is a small (Type I) reservoir, and the Shanglin Reservoir is a medium-sized one, with an irrigated area of 11,600 mu. The scenic area management has carried out comprehensive improvements on the reservoirs in terms of flood control and drainage, ecological protection, and risk mitigation. Significant achievements have been made in water resource and environmental protection, aquatic ecological restoration, and water culture development. The area boasts clear night skies, pristine reservoir lakes, fresh forest air, and serene mountain tea gardens. Nestled within a highland basin, it features blooming flowers, fragrant tea, cool mountain breezes, and picturesque countryside dotted with villages. Its cultural heritage and artistic charm run deep, with enduring contemporary cross-strait cultural ties.
