The Fujian Zhangping Yongfu Min-Tai Yuan Highland Tea Production & Sales Cooperative is located in Yongfu Town, Zhangping City, Fujian Province. The mountainous climate of Yongfu Town is similar to that of Taiwan’s Wenshan and Nantou tea-growing regions, earning it the reputation among Taiwanese businessmen as the “Alishan of the Mainland.” It has unique geographical, climatic, and cultural advantages for developing Taiwanese highland tea. The cooperative has introduced superior Taiwanese tea varieties, refined cultivation techniques, advanced tea processing equipment, and exquisite tea-making skills. Its products are of consistently high sensory quality and meet green safety standards in hygiene. In February 2008, with the approval of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, the national-level Zhangping Taiwanese Farmers' Entrepreneurship Park was established.

Zhangping is located in the southwestern part of Fujian Province, on the edge of the southern Fujian “Golden Triangle,” and is the mountainous county-level city closest to Xiamen. It serves as an important passage connecting and radiating inland areas from the coastal regions of Fujian. Sharing geographical proximity, cultural ties, and customs with Taiwan, Zhangping is highly regarded by Taiwanese businessmen for its Southern Min dialect, Mazu culture, and folk traditions. These deep cultural connections serve as a bridge for Taiwanese investment. Zhangping is also a former Central Soviet Area county and a national comprehensive agricultural development project county, offering excellent opportunities for developing modern agriculture. The central area of the Entrepreneurship Park, Yongfu Town, is situated in the southwestern part of Zhangping City. With a population of 47,000 and covering an area of 535.5 square kilometers at an altitude of 780 meters, it is renowned as the “Hometown of Azaleas in China.” The mountainous climate of Yongfu Town is similar to that of Taiwan’s Wenshan and Nantou tea-growing regions, leading many Taiwanese businessmen to call it the “Alishan of the Mainland,” endowing it with unique geographical and climatic advantages for highland tea development.

Yongfu Highland Tea is produced in the national-level Zhangping Taiwanese Farmers' Entrepreneurship Park, known as the “Alishan of the Mainland.” It introduces superior Taiwanese high-mountain soft-stem oolong tea varieties and follows sustainable planting, modern processing, standardized management, and organic product development. With refined cultivation techniques, advanced production equipment, and exquisite tea-making skills, the tea meets EU SGS standards and has won multiple gold awards at various tea expos.

Yongfu Highland Tea is fresh and vibrant green, with a honey-greenish yellow liquor, subtle and long-lasting aroma, rich and robust taste, and excellent endurance for brewing.

Yongfu Highland Tea features high quality, no pollution, and low (or even no) pesticide residues. The tea leaves are neatly shaped into hemispheres, dark green with glossy sheen, producing a golden or orange-yellow liquor. The aroma is mellow and refined, while the taste is rich, full-bodied, and smooth, with a sweet aftertaste and a soft, rounded mouthfeel. The leaves are tender, intact, and bright in appearance.
