The Changtai County Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery is a cultural heritage site protected by Changtai County, a classic red tourism destination, and a patriotic education base.

The Changtai County Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery is located atop Luohou Mountain in Wuan Town, Changtai County.

To honor nine martyrs who died in the Liberation War, twenty who bravely lost their lives fighting bandits, twenty-one village cadres killed by enemies during the establishment and consolidation of the revolutionary regime, eleven who died in battles such as the Korean War and in the defense of coastal borders, and four who sacrificed themselves for socialist construction — a total of sixty-five revolutionary martyrs — Changtai County built the Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery. However, due to various reasons, only sixteen of these martyrs are interred in the cemetery.

The Changtai County Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery was first built in December 1959. Covering an area of 4,262 square meters, it features a central circular platform with a monument inscribed with the words “The Spirit of Revolutionary Martyrs Lives Forever.” The surrounding hillside of the monument has experienced landslides due to rain erosion, prompting the government to allocate funds for repairs and promptly construct three retaining walls. Inside the cemetery, there are sixteen individual graves arranged in a “U” shape facing east, with square stone bricks paving the grave platforms. Each tombstone records the name, place of origin, time, and location of death of the martyr. The cemetery is managed by the Civil Affairs Bureau of Changtai County Government. The civil affairs department has placed great importance on its upkeep, allocating funds for maintenance and hiring dedicated personnel. In June 1983, a pavilion was added. In 2006, another monument detailing the deeds of the martyrs was constructed on the southern side, inscribed with summaries of each martyr’s life.

In December 1999, the Changtai County Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery was designated as a county-level cultural heritage site by the People's Government of Changtai County. In July 1997, it was recognized as a municipal-level cultural heritage site and patriotic education base by the CPC Zhangzhou Municipal Committee and the Zhangzhou Municipal People's Government.
