China Central Horticulture City, upholding the concept of sustainable and harmonious ecology, responds to the national policy guidance of the “Harmonious Rural Project.” Leveraging and enhancing the unique natural resources and ecological environment of Hefei, Anhui Province, it aims to create a comprehensive, harmonious ecological zone.

Situated at the southern gateway of Hefei, Anhui Province, China Central Horticulture City is an officially authorized “National Nursery and Flower Market” and a key project of both the Anhui Provincial and Hefei Municipal Governments.

Relying on the abundant 150,000-mu nursery stock resources in Feixi and its long-established industrial advantages, the project has invested heavily in introducing the most advanced international technologies and management practices. It serves as an international platform integrating the production, supply, and sales of nursery stock, flowers, and potted plants, as well as scientific agriculture, trade, services, leisure, tourism, culture, exhibitions, and transactions. It establishes a large industry, a large tourism sector, and a large market.

The project covers a total area of 780,000 square meters, featuring: a nursery and flower trading center, production demonstration base, specialty market for flowers, birds, fish, and insects, logistics center, large parking lot, bus station, provincial and municipal regional convention halls, an international flower, bird, fish, and insect specimen exhibition center, agritainment eco-homes, living support facilities, ten themed flower hotels, tourism conference and serviced apartment hotels, as well as viewing areas for nursery stock, flower potted plants, and forest trees.

China Central Horticulture City has built an economic industry cluster, enabling harmonious ecology to more effectively leverage its strengths on a commercial platform, and allowing regional economies to develop more rapidly and comprehensively through an active industrial platform, forming a new business district at Hefei’s southern gateway.
