The Sun Zhongde Memorial Hall is a cultural relic protection unit of Feixi County, a classic red tourism site, and a patriotic education base.

The Sun Zhongde Memorial Hall is located on East Street in Sanhe Town. This brick-and-wood structure building has two floors, covering a land area of 85 m² and a floor space of 170 m². It is a historic building with over a hundred years of history. Inside, it displays precious historical items such as the military uniform worn by Sun Zhongde, his pipe, and his admission badge to the First National People's Congress. Currently, the hall is well-preserved, open to the public, and listed as a county-level cultural relic protection unit and a patriotic education base.

Sun Zhongde (1902–1961) was a native of Sanhe Town, Feixi County. Coming from a poor family in his early years, he relied on his father’s farming and weaving for a living. Unwilling to let their son remain uneducated, his parents scrimped and saved to send him to a private school. At the age of 13, he transferred to the senior section of the local primary school in Sanhe Town. After graduation, he was admitted to the Anhui Second-Class Industrial School but had to drop out midway due to poverty. At 18, he enrolled in the Baoding Officer Training School under the Zhili Clique warlords. At that time, the Zhili and Anhui cliques were preparing for a major conflict, and the military school expelled all students from Anhui.
