The Residential Land Reclamation Facility Agriculture Park is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

The Dongli District Huaming Demonstration Town Residential Land Reclamation Facility Agriculture Park is located within the former residential land areas of Yonghe Village and Huzhangzhuang Village on the east side of the Dongli Lake Hot Spring Tourism Resort, covering a total area of 2,126.7 mu. The overall positioning of the park is: based in the Binhai New Area, facing Beijing and Tianjin, serving the Bohai Rim region, with a focus on developing high-efficiency facility agriculture and leisure sightseeing agriculture. It produces green, pollution-free agricultural products and creates an ecological landscape environment, highlighting six major functions: premium production, demonstration and promotion, ecological protection, employment and income growth, leisure sightseeing, and coordinated urban-rural development. Ultimately, it aims to become an important base for the development of facility agriculture in Dongli District, a demonstration model for residential land reclamation in the process of rural urbanization in Tianjin, and a demonstration zone for integrated urban-rural development in the Binhai New Area.

Huaming Subdistrict: Located between the city center and the “Tianjin Binhai New Area,” Huaming Town in Dongli District covers a total area of 150.6 square kilometers, accounting for about one-third of Dongli District. The town administers 15 natural villages with a permanent population of over 50,000.
