“Water Park Joy Valley” is a large-scale hot spring theme park invested and built by Langju Real Estate according to international four-star hotel standards. It is the only mega-project in Tianjin primarily focused on water sports and leisure, covering an area of 120 acres with a construction area of 51,000 square meters. It stretches 208.96 meters from north to south and 167.4 meters from east to west, forming a regular rectangle. The building has a spatial height of 25 meters. The climate here is spring-like all year round, where you can enjoy gourmet food, watch performances, and soak in hot springs. The location is convenient, just a 30-minute drive from the city center, 20 minutes from Binhai International Airport, 28 minutes from the train station, and 30 minutes from Tianjin Port. This project has garnered significant attention from both the general public and business professionals. Its completion will make it a new tourist attraction in Tianjin.

Front Hall Introduction

Directly opposite the lobby is the reception and cashier desk; the lobby walls are 6 meters high, featuring a Southeast Asian tropical style with crimson borders decorated with golden tropical leaf totems. The hall is equipped with rattan sofas as a waiting area, with a shoe bar on the right; the waiting area can accommodate 50 people, and the shoe bar can store a total of 1,835 pairs of shoes.

Themed Area Introduction of the Atrium

1. Observation Deck: Provides guests with a high vantage point to overlook the atrium area (2 available)

2. Banyan Tree: The banyan tree on the south side is named the Love Tree, standing 12 meters tall;

3. Aegean Wave Pool: Covers a total area of over 3,500 square meters, approximately 50 meters wide from east to west and over 70 meters long from north to south. It is deeper in the north and shallower in the south, with water depths ranging from 0 to 2 meters. The artificial waves are generated by fans blowing air and using valve closures to create positive arc wave impacts on the water, producing resonant waves. It can generate ten different types of waves, such as lotus leaf waves, pearl roll waves, surge waves, and flat push waves, with rippling blue waves and foamy splashes. When you’re in it, floating along with the waves feels like drifting beyond the mortal world, as if in a different realm. It’s a great place to practice swimming, enjoy leisurely laps, experience the vastness of the sea, and ride the ocean waves. Wave heights can reach 0.6 to 0.8 meters, including 5 standard swimming lanes, with the deepest water reaching 2 meters.

4. Interactive Water House: Covers a total area of about 800 square meters. The interactive water house consists of tunnel slides, spiral slides, wheel fountains, climbing tunnels, frog sprays, water fences, etc. It fully utilizes group entertainment features, with various adjustable water jets that can suddenly change the direction and volume of water flow, bringing unexpected fun. Visitors can enjoy the water’s delights under umbrella-shaped fountains, on swings, under water curtains, and within peacock-feather-like water displays.

5. Flying Space Bowl: The space bowl slide is 29 meters long, 1 meter wide, with a cylinder diameter of 8.6 meters and a platform height of 15 meters. It is one of the newest and most innovative amusement projects in international entertainment today. Riders start from a height of 12 meters, enter the cylinder through a closed slide, and spin at high speed, simulating the sensation of spinning in space, giving visitors a true thrill of high-speed rotation.

6. Rainbow Slide: Approximately 58 meters long, combining entertainment and competition. Traditional slides only cater to individual riders, but these three slides, aligned in a row with the same height, slope, and shape, elevate the water slide experience. Visitors can not only enjoy themselves but also share the fun with others.

7. Chinese Restaurant: Can accommodate up to 600 people, including one luxury private room for 16 people, 48 six-person tables, 16 four-person tables, and 21 booth seats.

8. Flying Waterfall Stage: 50 meters long and 20 meters wide. The central stage: 20 meters long and 8 meters wide; can accommodate over 100 people simultaneously. On the east side is currently Asia’s largest artificial banyan tree, standing 18 meters tall; the west side is equipped with a large LED screen of over 20 square meters that supports full-screen display and playback. Amidst the landscape and beneath the sky-reaching banyan, with misty waters and cascading falls, such a stage seems heavenly, like a dream. Here, you can not only enjoy stunning artistic performances but also experience culturally rich, surreal acts, and feel the warmth and joy from within.

9. Fun Drift River: A 260-meter-long, 3.5-meter-wide artificial drift river, also one of the highlights of Joy Valley. Visitors can relax fully while lying on thoughtfully designed flotation rings and drifting along the river. The “Mysterious Time Tunnel” offers the wonderful sensation of time travel and spatial transition.

10. Grotto Pool: Comprises 11 pools; medicinal hot spring baths involve adding various Chinese herbs or synthetic agents to the hot spring water. As the body soaks, the organic substances and medicinal properties penetrate through the skin, delivering dual therapeutic effects for better health and wellness benefits; helps treat ailments, regulate the body and mind, and soothe the spirit.

11. Geothermal Jade Pit Area: Can accommodate over 30 people for health treatments simultaneously. The jade bed, made up of hundreds of carefully selected jade stones, generates a special “photoelectric effect” through geothermal heat. 14. Fish Therapy Pool: Also known as “Fish SPA.” Many tropical fish are added to the hot spring pool.
