Huangjinggang Relief Bridge

Huangjinggang Relief Bridge is a cultural heritage protection unit of Chizhou City.

Huangjinggang Relief Bridge is located in Huangjinggang Village, Longquan Town, Dongzhi County. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, it is categorized as an ancient architectural structure.

On March 4, 2020, the Chizhou Municipal People's Government designated it as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Chizhou.

Protected area: with the center point of the bridge deck as the base, it extends 40 meters north, 40 meters south, 20 meters east, and 20 meters west.

Construction control zone: with the outer edge of the protected area as the baseline, it extends an additional 30 meters east, south, west, and north.

Longquan Town: Located at the junction of Dongzhi and Bohai counties in Anhui Province and Duchang County in Jiangxi Province, Longquan Town is one of Anhui’s thirteen key border trade markets. It is also a provincial comprehensive reform pilot town and a key central town in the province, often referred to as the “Southern Gateway” of Anhui. Facing Shimenjie Town in Jiangxi across the river, it is traversed by National Highway 206, Provincial Highway S222, and the Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway, which is planned for completion by the end of the 10th Five-Year Plan period. It connects to Anqing and Chizhou in the north, and to Jingdezhen and Jiujiang in the south, offering extremely convenient transportation and significant locational advantages.
