Tunxi Museum

Tunxi Museum is located at No. 168, Tunxi Old Street, with a construction area of approximately 700 square meters. The museum displays Ming and Qing dynasty furniture, ancient calligraphy and paintings, porcelain, jade artifacts, bronze ware, stationery items, and Huizhou brick carvings. It has hosted special exhibitions such as the "Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition Commemorating the 100th Anniversary of Mao Zedong's Birth" and the "Tunxi District Integrity Culture Calligraphy and Painting Works Exhibition."

The museum primarily showcases Huizhou brick carving art, painting art, ancient furniture art, as well as the local customs, traditions, and social ethics of ancient Huizhou. Precious collections include Qing dynasty figure-themed door hood brick carvings, She inkstone slabs, Fahua glaze porcelain pillows, and Spring and Autumn period bronze ware. The second floor mainly exhibits a relatively rare Qing dynasty Qianlong-era painting titled "Fu Lu Shou Xi Tu" (The Picture of Blessings, Prosperity, Longevity, and Happiness).
