Lequan Bridge is located in Huangdun Village, Tunghuang Town, Tunxi District, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

Huangdun Village: Huangdun Village is situated 9 kilometers northeast of the central urban area of Huangshan City, at the intersection of the Cizhang Highway and the Huashan Tourist Highway along the Xin’an River. It serves as the eastern gateway to northeastern Tunxi and falls under the jurisdiction of Tunghuang Town.

Nestled against mountains and beside water, the village boasts beautiful scenery and a long history. Since ancient times, it has been a major settlement and clan gathering place for numerous surnames migrating to Huizhou, especially during the Huang Chao Rebellion when over 20 surnames settled here at once. Among these, the Zhang, Chen, Zhu, Dai, Zhou, Xiaojiang, Jiyangjiang, Kang, Cao, Wang, Bi, Pan, Shi, Qi, and Tang clans were the most prominent.
