Yang Deshi’s Former Residence is a municipal-level cultural heritage site under the protection of Xuancheng City.

Yang Deshi’s Former Residence is located in Qiuzhen Town, Guangde County, dating back to the Qing Dynasty and classified as an ancient architectural structure.

In 2016, Yang Deshi’s Former Residence was designated by the People's Government of Xuancheng City as part of the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.

Qiuzhen Town: Qiuzhen Town is situated in the northern part of Guangde County. It borders Xinhang Town to the east, Taizhou Town to the south, Shijie Town as well as Taocheng Town and Lingda Township of Langxi County to the west, and neighbors Liyang City of Jiangsu Province to the north. The town government is located at Mentangkou, 13 kilometers from the county seat. Covering a total area of 328 square kilometers, it is one of the county’s key grain and oil production bases, comprising 18 administrative villages with a total population of 74,000.
