The stone carving "Exterminate All Traitors" is a cultural relic protection unit of Anqing City.

The stone carving "Exterminate All Traitors" is located near Daijia Cottage in Baizishan Village, Shankou Township, Daguan District.

Starting from Anqing, just after crossing the Baizi Bridge, you enter the mountain pass known as Shizi Kou (Lion’s Mouth). At Shizi Kou, there is a gate with a plaque inscribed with words such as "Baizishan Anti-Japanese Base Area." Not far beyond the gate lies the Shamao Mountain Cemetery, where martyr Dai Zengsan is laid to rest. This marks the entrance to the Baizishan area. Baizishan is a collective name for a range of mountains, characterized by rolling peaks and lush forests. Venturing deep into the hills, one can truly appreciate the truth behind the old "Twelve Scenic Spots" description — "Baizishan Clear Mist." Due to Baizishan’s strategic terrain and dense woodland, in the autumn of 1943, the Tonghuaiqian County Committee of the Chinese Communist Party established the Baizishan Anti-Japanese Base Area here to connect the north and south of the Yangtze River and facilitate communication between the New Fourth Army’s 7th and 5th Divisions.

The stone carving "Exterminate All Traitors" is situated right on the key mountain access road, visible to all who pass by. On March 30, the reporter observed that the four characters “Exterminate All Traitors” were still clearly legible. The character “杀” (kill) is written as “殺,” and “汉” (Han) is written as “汗.” However, the surrounding rocks have suffered severe erosion, and graffiti sprayed near the carving has seriously affected its integrity.

Dai Yunjie, aged 71, is a native of Daijia Cottage and shares both his hometown and age with this stone carving. He recalls from childhood tales told by elders: “This carving was made by a student named Zhu Guang (phonetic), likely using small chisels. They left in a hurry during retreat, which led to one mistaken character.” Whether it is a misspelling or an interchangeable character, the effect of intimidating the enemy and inspiring the people remains the same. Speaking of executing traitors, Dai Yunjie describes the scene as if he had witnessed it himself. He said that after over ten major traitors, including Chen Jiabi (also said to be Chen Jiami), the puppet district chief of Hongzhen, were executed, no traitor dared to act as arrogantly as Su Hanyang again.
