Little Dragon Mountain in Anqing City, Anhui Province, is an important part of the provincial-level Dalong Mountain Scenic Area, located in Luoling Town, Yixiu District, Anqing City. It boasts abundant flora and fauna resources and picturesque scenery, serving as a provincial-level wild white magnolia base. The area is famed for its cultural heritage, known as "three successful candidates in the imperial examinations within five li, and two top scholars across the river," and is also the hometown of the renowned Huangmei opera performer Yan Fengying.

The Little Dragon Mountain Scenic Area enjoys convenient transportation. It is 24 km from National Highway 206, 20 km from Anqing Airport, 26 km from the Anqing Yangtze River Port, and 20 km from the Shanghai–Chengdu Expressway. It lies at a key junction along the famous golden tourist route that includes Huangshan, Taihu Lake, Jiuhua Mountain, Tianzhu Mountain, and Mount Lu. Little Dragon Mountain gets its name from its rugged rocks that twist and curl like a dragon. With beautiful mountain views, charming landscapes, striking peaks, and deep, mysterious caves, it is a provincial-level scenic area. The entire mountain is divided into five major scenic zones, featuring over 50 attractions. The Dragon Head Peak Zone includes sights such as the Sunrise Viewing Platform, Li Bai Drunk in the Moonlight, the Top Scholar’s Brush, Dragon Head Peak, Thousand-Turn Cave (which is further divided into the Skylight, Labyrinth, and Underground Cavern), Ascending Clouds Ladder, Immortal Reception Bridge, and Cloud-Cutting Scenery.

The Ten Thousand Deer Cave Zone features attractions such as the Stone Monkey Gazing at the River, Immortal Resting Platform, Magpie Leaping Stone, Top Scholar’s Study Spot, Seven-Step Cloud Ladder, Ten Thousand Deer Cave, Immortals’ Gathering Palace, and Immortal Sending-Off Boat. The Returning Dragon Mountain Zone has sights such as the Dragon’s Lair, Window-Opening Stone, Sunset Cliff, Fish Swimming Upstream, and Bell-and-Drum Stone. The Moon Mountain Zone includes the Lotus Seat, Scripture-Worshipping Stone, Divination Stone, Wooden Fish Stone, Fairy’s Bed, Little Jade Pool, Thunder Stone, and Wind-Moving Stone. The Dragon Gate Gorge Zone features attractions such as the Twin Cypress Trees, Top Scholar’s Mansion, Jade Rabbit Patrolling the Mountain, Golden Carp Leaping the Dragon Gate, Fairy Admiring the Water Chestnut Flower, Peacock Listening to the Spring, Crouching Tiger at the Gate, Chicks Learning to Walk, Jade Clam Stone, and Divine Finger Peak.

The Little Dragon Mountain Scenic Area is also known as "Dragon Mountain and Phoenix Waters." It attracts visitors from all directions with its rich natural landscapes and unique cultural attractions. The area features 48 peaks, 18 ridges, 81 peculiar rocks, 180 caves, and 6 islands. With lush mountains and clear waters, strange rocks and mysterious caves, it is a place of outstanding natural beauty and profound human culture, where people are noble-hearted and deeply connected by emotion.
