Lingshan Stone Tree Scenic Area, located in Longshan Village, Yangqiao, Anqing City, is one of the seven scenic zones of the Dalongshan Scenic Area. It is known for its spectacular rock formations, mysterious caves, and beautiful waterscapes, featuring over 30 concentrated attractions. Legend has it that a yellow dragon once resided here, endowing the mountain with spiritual energy. It was believed that anyone who visited could bring forth talented offspring and prosperity to their family, hence the name "Lingshan" (Spirit Mountain). The so-called "Stone Tree" gets its name from its tree-like appearance—its trunk and branches are formed by massive spherical granite rocks stacked on top of each other. Viewed as a whole, it resembles a towering tree standing in the valley of Lingshan, thus called the "Lingshan Stone Tree." From its base to its canopy, nearly 100 interconnected chambers span a total length of 1,500 meters. The cave system features intricate passageways and chambers, making it a great destination for exploration and adventure.

Longshan Community: Longshan Community was formed in December 2007 through the merger of the former Longshan Village and Tuanjie Village. It is situated in the northern suburbs of Anqing, in the heart of the Dalongshan Mountains, nestled against mountains and overlooking lakes, boasts pleasant scenery and has long been praised as “where layered peaks shine in daylight and miles of apricot blossoms blush red.” The community stretches in a strip along the Anzong West Line. It governs 16 resident groups, with 705 households and a population of 2,143. The community Party branch comprises 6 Party groups, with a total of 64 Party members.
