Located at the junction of Fuchun Road and West Fuchun Road in Fuyang Town. Originally a wooden bridge, the date of its construction is unknown. In the 44th year of the Jiajing reign of the Ming Dynasty (1565), Magistrate Shi Yangde rebuilt it as a stone bridge. It was renovated twice during the Shunzhi and Kangxi eras of the Qing Dynasty. This three-arch stone bridge runs east-west, spanning the Xianpu River. It is 57 meters long, 6 meters wide, with a total clear span of 49 meters. The central arch spans 18.4 meters, while the two smaller side arches each span 15.3 meters, and all are equipped with cutwaters. It features open spandrels and a segmental arch. The bridge deck is paved with irregularly laid flagstones. Stone balusters and railings are installed on both sides, with carvings of hanging lotus, lotus pods, hibiscus, and lions on the balusters.
