大河―张保玉。户外运动达人，原越野e族大同分队版主，原大同市副主席秘书长，汽车、摩托车、滑雪、飞行多种运动资深玩家。2013年的一次事故造成腹部以下知觉丧失，鉴定为一级伤残。
Da He—Zhang Baoyu. An outdoor sports enthusiast, former moderator of the Datong branch of Off-Road E-Community, former vice-chairman and secretary-general of the Datong Municipal Committee, and a seasoned participant in various sports including cars, motorcycles, skiing, and flying. In 2013, an accident caused him to lose sensation below his abdomen, and he was classified as having a first-degree disability.

To achieve this, he overcame unimaginable difficulties, and his friends specially customized flight gear for him. A majestic eagle, “reborn from broken wings,” will take to the skies again.

活动的核心是“复飞“与”传奇”，它演绎和讲述了一位因伤导致下肢瘫痪的飞行员，通过自己不懈努力和社会各方支持下，重新飞上蓝天的真实感人故事。“大河”的经历令自身战胜疾患，成为了生活的强者！同时，也将激励所有看到这个故事并深受疾患折磨和困扰的残障人士坚强和奋进，找到自己人生的定位与方向！活动要告诉所有的残疾人，肢残并不可怕，可怕的是失去追求美好生活的积极态度！ The core of the campaign is “Relaunch” and “Legend.” It tells the touching true story of a pilot who became paralyzed from the waist down due to injury and, through relentless personal effort and support from all sectors of society, returned to flying in the blue sky. Da He’s journey enabled him to overcome his condition and become a strong person in life. At the same time, it will inspire all disabled individuals who see this story and who suffer from or are troubled by illness to stay strong, strive forward, and find their own place and direction in life. The campaign wants to tell all people with disabilities that physical disability is not frightening—the frightening thing is losing the positive attitude to pursue a beautiful life.
