Located in the northwest of Songdian, Zhongqiu Village, Shouxiang Town. In August 1945, after Japan announced unconditional surrender, Songdian Village was designated as the sole site for accepting the surrender of Japanese troops that had invaded Zhejiang. On September 4, Chinese representative Han Deqin accepted the surrender of the 133rd Division of the Japanese Army stationed in Hangzhou here, who signed the instrument of surrender. In 1995, after restoration, it was turned into the Zhejiang People's Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall. The original site faces south and is built with a mud, stone, and wood structure in the form of a double-eaved pavilion-style building, consisting of three rooms. It covers an area of 215.45 square meters.
