Central Lake Dike
The Central Lake Dike is situated in the central part of Dongqian Lake. With a total length of 1.7 kilometers and a width of over 10 meters, it connects Xiyu Island in the middle. The dike features two bridges that allow boat passage, linking the north and south waterways. Constructed in 1978, it was initially built to divide the lake surface for easier dredging. Today, it serves as a key land route between the east and west shores of the lake, as well as the main path for visitors to access Xiyu Island, making it a central highlight of the scenic area.
