Lu You Memorial Hall in Shaoxing
The Lu You Memorial Hall is located within Shen Garden and introduces the life of Lu You, displaying his poetry. However, the story of Lu You and Tang Wan is just a small part of his life. Lu You also once fought on the battlefield, and I particularly like the Iron Horses and Frozen River statue outside the Lu You Memorial Hall.
It is connected to Shen Garden and can be entered from Yan’an Road, right next to the museum. The museum is not very large and doesn’t have many exhibits—mostly just some photos and such. Its original intent was to serve as an auxiliary facility to Shen Garden.
