Shaoxing Children's Park Shaoxing Children's Park is located at the west end of Huiyuan Bridge on Renmin Road in the urban area, covering an area of 21,000 square meters. It was originally built during the Qing Dynasty’s Qianlong era by Zhao Zhuo (courtesy name Heqiao), a wealthy merchant from Kuaiji. His son, Zhao ? (courtesy name Dingcheng, art name Shengyuan), expanded the garden on the original site, renaming it “Shengyuan Garden,” commonly known as “Zhao Garden.” The Daoguang-era manuscript of the Kuaiji County Annals states: “Since the Shenyuan Garden of the Song Dynasty, this has been the most scenic spot in Yue City.” The park features twelve scenic spots, including Qingcui Tower, Flower Path, Tingyue Bridge, Willow Jetty, Lotus Pond, Songtao Pavilion, Moon Terrace, Tianxiang Residence, Bamboo Slope, Tong Corridor, Xiuye Pavilion, and Meiyu Islet.
