Shaoxing Seawall
Shaoxing Seawall is a cultural relics protection unit of Zhejiang Province.

Located in the areas of Sanduan Town, Mashan Town, Doumen Town, Ma'an Town, and Anchang Town. It was first built during the Spring and Autumn Period, and was expanded and repaired multiple times over the years. The entire seawall was completed during the Jiajing era of the Ming Dynasty, and during the Qing Dynasty, much of it was reinforced with stone. The total length exceeds 60 kilometers. The section that stretches 18.3 kilometers from Wansheng'an in the east to Yinong Sluice in the west via Zhentangdian, Datian, Laosanjiang Sluice, Tangwan, Nantangtou, and Yaojiabu, as well as the 1.2-kilometer section from Daoshi in Anchang Town to Dahe Mountain, fall within the protected area. The seawall is 5–10 meters wide and 2.7–3 meters high. Its outer side is constructed with staggered stone slabs arranged in a scale-like pattern, filled with rammed earth on the inside. It serves as an important water conservancy facility for the Xiaoshao Plain.
