Xiushan Park

Xiushan Park (formerly Dagou Mountain) is located in the central urban area of Wenzhou, adjacent to the Administrative Center to the south, bordering Jinxiu Road to the north, neighboring the Earl’s Villa and Wuhuatiabao to the east, and backed by Xiushan Road to the west. The park covers an area of 10 hectares, with a total investment of 35 million yuan. Making full use of the three small hills left from the original Dagou Mountain, the park has been transformed and reconstructed. Through naturally meandering water surfaces that connect and encircle the three hills, it forms the classical Jiangnan garden layout of “one pond and three hills.” The landscaping mainly features lawns, accented with native tree species, along with seasonal plants. Careful attention has also been paid to the color and blooming periods of flowers, as well as the combination of evergreen and deciduous trees, creating a spring-like atmosphere throughout the year. As an open park, Xiushan Park integrates green mountains, clear waters, shaded areas, and grasslands into a unified natural landscape, offering residents a fresh, spacious, elegant, and tranquil space for leisure, relaxation, and cultural activities.
