The Statue of Workers, Peasants, and Soldiers on Huagai Mountain is a cultural relic protection unit of Wenzhou City.

The statue is located at the southern entrance of Huagai Mountain in Lucheng District, Wenzhou. It is the first public sculpture in Wenzhou after the founding of the People's Republic of China. The "Workers, Peasants, and Soldiers" statue on Huagai Mountain symbolizes the unity of workers, peasants, and soldiers under the leadership of the Communist Party in the new China. A wooden version of the "Workers, Peasants, and Soldiers" statue was created in 1952 but was damaged over time due to weathering. By 1954, it was reconstructed through the collaboration of Yu Shutang, a renowned architect from our city, and Guo Shizhen, a folk model-making artist from Yuhuan, Taizhou. The project took over a year to complete. The design featured a reinforced concrete structure, standing 7.40 meters tall from the ground to the top of the statue, including a 4.20-meter-high square pedestal that is 2.60 meters wide, adorned with quartz facing.

The "Workers, Peasants, and Soldiers" statue embodies the strong stylistic elements of the 1950s and 1960s, offering later generations a sense of historical reflection. It is one of the oldest sculptures in downtown Wenzhou.
