The Ye Wendingshi Ancestral Hall is a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level in Wenzhou.

The Ye Wendingshi Ancestral Hall is located at No. 19, Jinsuoshi Lane, Jinsuoshi Lane Community, Lucheng District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, and was built in memory of Ye Shi. Construction began in the ninth year of the Kangxi reign during the Qing Dynasty. Originally positioned at the northern foot of Songtai Mountain, it was moved to its present location in the eighth year of the Guangxu reign. The hall is a residential-style, single-story structure with two courtyards and three rooms. It faces north and has a width of 9.6 meters and a depth of 22 meters. It is a single-story wooden building with a through-tenon construction and a flush-gable roof. The entrance hall is three bays wide, with a front façade of blue brick walls. The central bay features a pair of wooden doors, while the side bays each have one window. The lintel above the entrance hall is inscribed in relief with the characters “Ancestral Hall of Ye Wendingshi, Vice Minister of Personnel in the Song Dynasty.” On either side of the door are gray-plastered couplets that read: “The literary brilliance of the Southern Song flourished under the King of Ou; the Yongjia academic tradition rose anew through Zheng and Xue.” The signature reads “Disciple Sun Yiyun.” The main hall is a three-bay building with a flush-gable roof and an outer corridor on the northern side. The rear of the central bay originally housed a statue of Ye Shi, which has since been destroyed. Ye Shi (1150–1223) was a renowned philosopher, writer, and statesman of the Southern Song Dynasty, and a representative figure of the Yongjia School. In April 2000, the Ye Wendingshi Ancestral Hall was designated as part of the fourth group of municipal-level cultural heritage sites in Wenzhou.
