Although Liu's Bridge has been abandoned in the wilderness and no one uses it anymore, its luxurious grandeur remains. The bridge consists of two levels: the lower level is for pedestrians to cross, while the upper level houses a shrine for villagers to worship, as well as wooden lattice windows that can be opened or closed for lighting; the stairs connecting the two levels are also well-preserved, and the structure still feels quite solid.

Liu's Village in Sanpai Town was formed by merging the former Liu's Village and Chenyang Village into one administrative village. The village covers an area of 4.5 square kilometers, with the village committee situated at an altitude of 440 meters. It is 2 kilometers away from the town government. The village has 518 households and a population of 1,738. There are 18 natural villages in total, which are scattered, with the most remote ones such as Shantouzi and Chenyangya being 11 kilometers away from the village committee. Apart from the relatively concentrated areas around the development zone and Gaoyang Road, the rest are remote and impoverished mountain villages.
