Xincuaxia Lin Residence is a Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Heritage Conservation Unit.

Xincuaxia Lin Residence is located in the northern part of Dong?? Village, Xiaozhen Town, Taishun County. It faces southwest and consists of a central courtyard complex and a western courtyard complex. The central courtyard was built in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties and features a typical enclosed courtyard-style building of the mountainous southern Zhejiang region, comprising a gatehouse, front house, main house, and wing rooms. The western courtyard was constructed in the mid-Qing Dynasty, consisting of a gatehouse, main house, and wing rooms. Compared to the central courtyard, it has only one less front house, while the rest of the structure is largely similar. The mixed post-and-lintel and through-tenon beam framework of the central courtyard at Xincuaxia Lin Residence is not commonly seen in residential architecture in Taishun and serves as one of the important physical references for studying the vernacular residential buildings of southern Zhejiang during the Ming and Qing periods. In January 2017, it was listed as part of the seventh batch of Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Heritage Conservation Units.
