Ziwēi Mountain Rafting, also known as Yaowang Mountain Rafting, is located 28 kilometers south of the city center, in the heart of the Lanke Mountain–Wuxi River Provincial Scenic Area, just 1 kilometer from Yaowang Mountain. The rafting course is approximately 5,000 meters long and takes about two hours to complete. It consists of three parts: “Wild & Passionate Rafting,” “Leisurely & Gentle Rafting,” and the Tea Ping Immortal Valley Agritainment Countryside Tour. Wild & Passionate Rafting: Set in a high mountain valley with a riverbed that drops over a hundred meters, this section features massive rocks, rapid currents, and dense bamboo forests. Rafters pass through five thrilling “passion zones” that are exciting yet safe. Leisurely & Gentle Rafting: The stream alternates between fast-flowing and calm stretches. Up close, you’ll see clear shallow waters and colorful pebbles; from afar, you can enjoy views of green mountains, bamboo groves, and pastoral scenery. It’s a relaxing journey that feels like drifting through a traditional Chinese landscape painting, full of fun. Tea Ping Immortal Valley Agritainment Countryside Tour: This area offers ancient attractions such as Shuangfeng Temple, Old Buddha Rock, Immortal Cave, Mandarin Duck Pool, Oath Stone, Eagle Rock, Magpie Bridge, Dream Bridge, a thousand-year-old camphor tree, red bean fir couple trees, fragrant torreya couple trees, Victory Ancient Pine, and vast bamboo forests. Currently, there are 10 agritainment households offering 80 beds and the capacity to serve 510 diners at once. After experiencing the rafting, visitors can explore the beautiful countryside scenery and enjoy authentic local farm cuisine.
