Located 300 meters east of Xiatan Village, Jiuhua Township, Qujiang District, Quzhou City. Madam Fang was the wife of Zheng Jun, a Cavalry Commandant of the Southern Song Dynasty, and the mother of Zheng Yonghe. Zheng Yonghe passed the imperial examination in the fifth year of the Yanyou era (1318) during the Yuan Dynasty, and eventually rose to the rank of Director of the Sea Transport Commissionerate with the title of Marquis of Xingyang. The tombstone is inscribed with “Tomb of Madam Fang, Lady of Marquis Xingyang, Honorary Grand Master of the Central Rank, Commander of Taiping Route, and Light Chariot Commandant.” The upper inscription reads “Winter, First Month, Auspicious Day, Sixth Year of the Zhiyuan Era (1340),” and the lower one states “Erected by her grieving son Zheng Yonghe.” The tomb faces southwest, and its mound remains well-preserved. It is approximately 8 meters high and 16 meters in diameter. Six stone funerary objects remain on the sacred path, including stone statues, stone sheep, and stone horses.

Xiatan Village: Xiatan Village in Jiuhua Township is located north of downtown Quzhou, bordering Shangzhai Village of Jiuhua Township to the northwest and Shunjiapian Village of Wantian Township to the southeast, about 4 kilometers from the urban area. The Xiatan administrative village includes three natural villages — Xilongkou, Lixilong, and Xiatan — with 14 villager groups, 334 households, and a total population of 1,115. The total land area is 3,986 mu, including 808 mu of arable land and 3,178 mu of mountainous land. There are 103 low-income farming households, of which 22 have a per capita income below 4,600 yuan, 14 are designated as subsistence allowance households, and there are 24 persons with disabilities.
