Ancient Military Camp

An ancient military fortress located within Baidaoyu Village, built during the Yongle era of the Ming Dynasty. It is the best-preserved structure of its kind in Miyun County, with a perimeter of 220 meters and a single southern gate. The walls are constructed from mountain rocks, while the gate is built with bricks and stones. The wall is roughly three people high, estimated to be over 5 meters. On the outer wall near the southern entrance, there is a stone stele engraved and installed by the Miyun County Cultural Relics Bureau on September 27, 1996, inscribed with the words “Baidaoyu Inner Fortress”.
