Canon 5D + 328mm lens Bulao Tun is located on the pristine and windward northern shore of Beijing’s Miyun Reservoir. To the north lie the continuous Yan Mountains, and to the south it borders the vast Miyun Reservoir. Nestled against mountains and facing water, the area boasts stunning scenery. The surface water is abundant and meets national Class II drinking water standards; the region has large reserves of Maifan stone and rich, high-quality mineral water. Vegetation thrives, with forest coverage exceeding 70%. The air is fresh, with high levels of negative oxygen ions. The entire town lies within the Miyun Reservoir water conservation area, giving it unique ecological advantages. Every winter, large numbers of raptors gather on the frozen reservoir—grey cranes, white-naped cranes, swans, various species of ducks... It's a spectacular sight!
