Xu Family Residence at Daqiao The Xu family residence is located at No. 14–18 Renmin Road, Daqiao Town. It is a Qing Dynasty building facing south, covering a land area of 400 square meters with a floor space of 350 square meters. The structure consists of four courtyards in a three-bay visible and four-bay hidden layout. The water-milled brick gate tower is exquisitely crafted, while the beams, purlins, and brackets in the hall are made of high-quality timber with fine workmanship and feature carved lattice windows and doors. The side rooms are fitted with straight lattice lift-and-slide windows. The courtyard is paved with 30×30 cm white alum stone slabs.
