Lianyungang Haizhou Bay Ocean Park covers a total area of approximately 40,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 12,000 square meters. It is a large-scale ocean-themed park integrating science education, tourism, and themed entertainment. It is the first aquarium in China to combine marine fishery culture with live marine life exhibitions and is the largest marine science exhibition venue in terms of display area and species variety along the Jiangsu coast. The park features eight major exhibition areas: including the Underwater World, Jellyfish Palace, Coral World, Premium Marine Life Exhibition, Marine Animal Performance Theater, Marine Fishery Culture Exhibition Hall, Coral and Shell & Fossil Exhibition Hall, as well as a dynamic 5D cinema. In addition, there are a children’s castle, boat rides, “catch the little fish” activities, a dining area, and a souvenir shop. The park houses over 6,000 tons of seawater and displays more than 600 species of marine life, totaling over 10,000 individual creatures.
