Xie Xiaolou Bridge, located in the residential area east of Quyang Gate in Wantuan Village, Quyang Subdistrict, Haizhou District, Lianyungang City, is commonly known as "Tortoise Waist Bridge." It is a structure within the Xie Family Garden, the villa of wealthy Haizhou gentry Xie Xiyou, built in the late Qing Dynasty. Oriented from north to south, the bridge spans Qinglong Stream and is a single-arch stone bridge made of granite. The bridge is 8.7 meters long, 2.45 meters wide, with a clear span of 4 meters, a rise of 2 meters, and a slab-paved deck. Originally, there were eight railings, but only four remain. The railings are square-shaped: the two southern ones have a cross-section of 0.18 meters in length and 0.2 meters in width, while the two northern ones measure 0.22 meters in length, 0.2 meters in width, and 0.8 meters in height. Well-preserved, the bridge holds certain reference value for studying the architectural style of the Haizhou area during the Qing Dynasty.

The area offers attractions comprising Four Mountains and Three Rivers (Jinping Mountain, Kongwang Mountain, Shipeng Mountain, Baihu Mountain, Yanhe River, Qiangwei River, and Yudai River), among which the scenic areas of Kongwang Mountain and Shipeng Mountain are national AAA-level tourist attractions.
