Oriental No.1 Creative Industry Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

As a national AAA-level tourist attraction, the park has a total investment of 120 million yuan and covers an area of 15,000 square meters. It sits against the Dongfang Wetland Park and faces Xincun Road. Utilizing the design philosophy of “bold color blocks, large panels, and expressive strokes,” it has been carefully designed to be a “modern, stylish, uniquely distinctive, creatively boundless, and top-tier” industrial park in China. The exhibits feature cutting-edge, novel, and unique high-end products from both domestic and international industrial and lifestyle sectors. The layout of the park focuses primarily on fashion exhibitions and modern office spaces. The first floor houses exhibition halls, including the Blue Hall (industrial creative design exhibits), the Red Hall (lifestyle creative design exhibits), and the Comprehensive Hall. The second floor accommodates offices of renowned domestic and international design firms and a multifunctional conference hall. The third floor hosts a university-industry-research exchange center, the service center for the creative design institute, and office spaces for the city’s creative industry. In March 2011, it was successfully designated as a national AAA-level tourist attraction.
