Dafeng Port Ocean World is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

A national AAAA-level scenic spot — Dafeng Port Ocean World is China’s first scenario-based interactive experience venue themed around the ocean. It consists of the Ocean Science and Technology Museum, Ocean Aquarium, Ocean Botanical Garden, Mingyue Lake, and other sections.

The Ocean Science and Technology Museum covers an area of 18,000 square meters and is divided into three floors. The first floor consists of the lobby, Ocean Disney, and Ocean Hollywood; the center of the lobby features a 30-meter-long and 4-meter-wide LED display screen that plays the promotional video “The Ocean and Life” on a loop. Hanging above are two life-sized simulated blue whales, the world’s largest mammals.

The Ocean Disney on the south side of the Ocean Science and Technology Museum lobby is China’s first scenario-based interactive experience venue themed around the ocean, integrating interaction, science education, and sightseeing. The entire venue uses modern technology demonstrations that combine knowledge, fun, and practicality to showcase the infinite charm of the ocean. It includes a variety of mini-games such as The Cradle of the Sea, Polar World, Underwater Wonders, Eskimo Igloo, Mysterious Underwater House, and Escape from Bermuda, allowing visitors to learn about ocean knowledge while having fun.

The Ocean Hollywood on the north side of the Ocean Science and Technology Museum lobby houses an immersive 4D dynamic cinema, which is meticulously designed with effects such as smoke, rain, lighting, and bubbles according to the scenes in the films, making audiences feel as if they are experiencing vibrations, falls, wind, and water sprays firsthand.

Performance Introduction:

In the mysterious underwater world, mermaids perform an extraordinary dance beneath the waves. Sharks closely follow their beautiful dance partners as they gracefully sway; elderly turtles move their bulky bodies, and the thrilling “Dance with Sharks” performance is staged here daily.
