Sitang Park

Sitang Park is located in Zhangmiao, covering an area of 45,021 square meters. It is a park built to serve the residential community. Designed by the Shanghai Landscape Architecture Design Institute and constructed by the Baoshan District Landscape Administration, construction began in May 1993 and the park opened in May 1994, taking one year to complete.

The terrain in Sitang Park features undulating landforms—the hills are not tall, but are often shaded by greenery, and although the water bodies are not vast, their clear blue waves are pleasant. The halls, corridors, and pavilions are designed in a simple and bright modern style that forms a European architectural aesthetic. Large areas of lawn, bold splashes of flowering shrubs, and tall deciduous and evergreen trees are arranged with varied density and height, harmoniously unified with the park, complementing each other and blending into one cohesive whole.
