Yuepu Park

Yuepu Park is located in the Yuepu residential area, with urban main roads Baquan Road to the east and Longzhen Road to the north, and Yuepu Hospital at its northeastern corner. To the west lies the cultural district. Covering an area of 27 mu, the park was constructed based on approval document Hu Jiji (83) No. 320 and document (84) Hu Baogang Zhi She No. 540 titled “Approval Regarding the Preliminary Expansion Design of Baosteel Yuepu Park.” It was designed by the Shanghai Municipal Gardens Bureau Design Office, with the design concept centered around the theme of the “moon.” The design employs modern planar and three-dimensional composition techniques to create patterns, highlighting the character “moon” (月) in the name “Yuepu Park.”
