Changshou Park serves as a patriotic education base.

Changshou Park is located in the central commercial and residential area of Changshou Road in Shanghai, covering an area of 400,000 square meters. It officially opened to the public on September 28, 2001.

The park is large in scale and rich in landscapes. It upholds the essence of traditional Chinese culture while incorporating the best of Western garden landscape design, offering excellent ecological and scenic effects with a distinctive Shanghai cultural flair. It provides a green leisure and entertainment space for citizens. The park is divided into five major scenic areas: the Central Green Forest, the Southeastern Water Piano, the Northeastern Water Forest, the Southwestern Colorful Grove, and the Northwestern Black Forest. The park boasts a rich variety of about 120 plant species, ensuring greenery all year round and blooming flowers in spring, summer, autumn, and winter. In addition to its ecological and scenic functions, the park also features sculptures, pebble paths, a sunlit coffee house, an open-air tea pavilion, and an exhibition space for calligraphy and painting art.
