The Zhabei Revolutionary Historical Materials Exhibition Hall (Historical Memorial of the Central Bureau of the CPC After the Third National Congress) is a patriotism education base.

Established in July 1988, the Zhabei Revolutionary Historical Materials Exhibition Hall was Shanghai’s first district-level revolutionary-themed exhibition hall. It also goes by the name “Historical Memorial of the Central Bureau of the CPC After the Third National Congress.” The exhibition hall is located at No. 118 North Zhejiang Road, Zhabei District, with a construction area of approximately 1,100 square meters and an exhibition space of about 670 square meters. The central exhibition area, themed “Eternal Monument, Glorious Party History,” mainly displays historical materials on the Central Bureau of the CPC relocating from Guangzhou to “San Zeng Li” in Zhabei after the Third National Congress of the CPC in June 1923. The sub-central exhibition area, themed “Eternal Memory, Red Zhabei,” primarily showcases historical materials on the “Red Zhabei” where the CPC led a series of revolutionary struggles in Zhabei. The exhibition hall presents over 500 pieces (volumes) of historical materials and more than 90 replicas, using multimedia methods such as dynamic scene recreations, electronic flipbooks, and animated maps to vividly depict the “red history.”
