Every year during cherry blossom season, not only do people flock to popular blossom-viewing spots, but many businesses also launch cherry blossom-themed merchandise and food. This time, Taiwan’s leading convenience store chain, 7-ELEVEN, has also jumped on the cherry blossom bandwagon, launching the “City Cherry Blossom Season” campaign. Not only have they created five limited-time cherry blossom-themed stores, but they’ve also introduced a brand-new CITY CAFÉ cherry blossom packaging — its soft pink and unique design has people saying it can rival Starbucks!

For this event, 7-ELEVEN has incorporated five popular cherry blossom cities—Seoul, Seattle, Paris, Washington, and Tokyo—into its "Urban Cherry Blossom Season" campaign, creating five themed cherry blossom-limited stores concentrated in Taipei's Da’an and Songshan districts. Among them, the "Guoguan Store: Seoul / Blooming Together" features a pink cherry blossom wall and a small garden; the "Shiji Store: Seattle / City That Never Sleeps" is decorated with pink cherry blossom pom-poms to create a dreamy photo spot.

Meanwhile, the "Daiteng Store: Paris / Strolling Through the Flower Capital" offers a romantic atmosphere for sipping coffee under cherry blossom trees; the "Dingdong Store: Washington / Floral Special Zone" pairs cherry blossoms with elegant macaron green to form a row of blossom-lined corridors; and the "Chungkwang Store: Tokyo / Blossoms in the City" uses Japan’s three most famous cherry blossom viewing spots as a backdrop to create a spectacular cherry blossom tunnel, making visitors feel as if they’re in the romantic setting of Japan.

In addition to the cherry blossom-themed limited-edition stores, 7-ELEVEN has also launched a brand-new CITY CAFÉ Urban Cherry Blossom Cup for this campaign, featuring pastel-colored brushstroke designs paired with five major cities, making it another must-have highlight of the event. Moreover, 7-ELEVEN is hosting an Instagram interactive campaign in conjunction with the cherry blossom season. Customers who visit any of the cherry blossom-themed stores, check in, and complete the specified actions will have a chance to win an "icash2.0 card with top-up value" (including NT$10,000 in top-up value and one icash2.0 card worth NT$100).
