The four Chinese athletes—Zeng Huafeng, Chen Shuwen, Wang Daqing, and Jin Feibao—after their arduous journey through the Tor des Géants, have many emotions and touching experiences they wish to share. Through our deep collaboration with the CCTV9 “Ultimate Players” production team, who traveled to the event to capture footage, the 2013 Tor des Géants documentary—“Morning Light Over Aosta”—was created. Following the Beijing session on December 7, the Tor des Géants sharing session will make its next stop in Shanghai on December 21. We thank our partner “On the Way” for their strong support and cooperation, which has made it possible for the Tor des Géants to officially meet Shanghai’s running community.
The four Chinese athletes competed side-by-side in the world-renowned ultramarathon—the Tor des Géants. They experienced the long and grueling course, going through a painful and demanding race process. Regardless of the final outcome, each of them has their own story, filled with both moving experiences and amusing anecdotes to share. The documentary produced through the collaboration between Tecnica and Ultimate Players will transport us back to the race, allowing us to feel and explore our own understanding of life through the film. Everyone is welcome to join the 2013 Tor des Géants Sharing Session.
