The Historical Memorial of the Central Bureau After the Third National Congress of the CPC is Shanghai’s first comprehensive district-level exhibition hall. It primarily displays revolutionary historical materials and is responsible for collecting and researching local revolutionary history in Zhabei District, as well as managing local cultural relics and revolutionary sites. The memorial covers a construction area of approximately 1,100 square meters, with an exhibition area of about 670 square meters. It is divided into a central exhibition area, sub-central exhibition areas, and a multi-functional hall. The central exhibition area, themed “Eternal Monument, Glorious Party History,” mainly displays historical materials about the relocation of the Central Bureau from Guangzhou to “San Zeng Li” in Zhabei after the Third National Congress of the CPC in June 1923. The sub-central exhibition area, themed “Eternal Memory, Red Zhabei,” showcases historical materials on a series of revolutionary struggles led and carried out by the CPC in Zhabei. The museum displays over 500 historical photos and more than 90 replicated exhibits. Various innovative presentation methods are used, including dynamic scene reconstructions, miniature models, electronic flipbooks, dynamic maps, and electronic palm projections.
