The Site of the Central Bureau Office after the Third National Congress of the Communist Party of China at Sansancun is located at No. 202–204 Linshan Road. It dates back to 1923–1924 and is categorized as an important modern historical site and representative building.
On April 4, 2014, the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government reviewed and announced the site as a Shanghai Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit (Hu Fu Fa [2014] No. 29).
