Historical background: The construction was completed in 2013, the organizational structure was established in September 2014, the decoration and exhibition arrangement were completed in May 2016, and the museum opened to the public in June 2016.

Kuadamao Town: Kuadamao Town is located in the central part of Tonghua County and is the seat of the county government. It borders Tonghua City to the east, Daquan Yuan Township to the south, Jindou Township and Yingebu Town to the west, and Ermi Town to the north. Its geographical location is very advantageous. The town covers a total area of 253.554 square kilometers, has 17 administrative villages, 109 production teams, 5 standardized communities, and a total population of 63,600, including 44,800 urban residents.
