The first in Changhua: Bagua Mountain Hot Spring early experience footbath on the 18th

The Changhua County Government is actively developing the hot spring resources of Bagua Mountain. The newly builtChanghua County Hot Spring Experience Facilityhad its first phase officially launched on the 18th, initially opening a “footbath” experience activity. Friends and locals are welcome to come to the She Tou Qing Shui Yan Scout Campsite for a free experience.

The county government stated that Bagua Mountain Hot Spring will be integrated with She Tou and the Qing Shui Yan Forest Recreation Area, and the rich ecological and recreational resources will become a new highlight for Changhua tourism.

It is reported that the Changhua County Government initially planned to dig for hot springs near the Bagua Mountain Giant Buddha, but later relocated to the She Tou Qing Shui Yan campsite. The county government’s Urban and Tourism Development Division explained that Qing Shui Yan already had a deep well about 1,200 meters deep. After testing the well water, it was confirmed to meet the hot spring water quality standards defined by the “Hot Spring Act,” leading to the official commencement of drilling to a depth of 1,500 meters. The entire project is scheduled for completion in July, but on the 18th, the public was given an early opportunity to enjoy the hot spring experience.
